Chipley Kiwanis Club Weekly Luncheon - Tuesday, February 9, 2010

Kiwanis  Briefed  On  Upcoming Events at Spring Ridge  

At the weekly club luncheon on Tuesday, February 9, the Kiwanis Club received a briefing on upcoming events at the new Spring Ridge community on the east side of Sunny Hills.  The presentation was made by Mike Flaskey, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Brad Smedberg, Director of Sales & Marketing, for Spring Ridge Development, LLC.

The first phase at Spring Ridge in Washington County will consist of 263 home sites around the community amenities center, which includes a pool, lighted tennis, meeting rooms, exercise facilities.  Additionally, property owners will have access to a Beach Club at the Sugar Sands Inn & Suites on the Gulf of Mexico.  Construction of the roads, infrastructure and amenities for Phase I is scheduled for completion in early 2011.  Spring Ridge has its main sales center at Pier Park on Panama City Beach (100 Bluefish Drive, Suite 103), and will open during February a Sales Gallery at 5201 Hwy 77, just south of Shenandoah Blvd, adjacent to the south side of Sunny Hills.  The focus of Spring Ridge is to sell lot and home packages, and financing is available to help attract new residents to Washington County.  For more information, go the www.SpringRidgeFlorida.com or contact the Spring Ridge Sales Center at 877) 301-7737. 

The community is being developed by Spring Ridge Development, LLC.   The team at Spring Ridge Development, LLC has over one hundred years of combined development experience.  Most recently, the team has been instrumental in the development of Lake Nona, one of the premiere new communities in Central Florida. Mr. Flaskey emphasized that Spring Ridge is part of a long-term commitment to Washington County and that the company will become involved in community activities as a corporate policy and through its 30 to 50 new employees that will be part of the development and marketing projects.
